A new UK Aid Direct funding round will open for applications on Monday 4 March. We will be accepting applications for both Community Partnership and Impact grants.

As with previous rounds, proposals will need to demonstrate how they address the Global Goals (opens in a new window). We will also be particularly welcoming applications focussed on tackling urban poverty.

Applicant organisations must be based either in the UK, in one of the lowest 50 countries in the UN Human Density Index (HDI), or one of the Department for International Development’s (DFID) priority countries. UK based organisations will need to demonstrate how they are working in partnership with an organisation based in the country their project will be operating in.

An information leaflet (opens a PDF, 593KB) is available to download from this website.

Full details on the Theory of Change, eligibility criteria of each grant type, application process and new guidance materials will be made available on ukaiddirect.org from Wednesday 20 February.

A guidance webinar to support applicants will also be held on Tuesday 26 February at 11.30 – 12.30 and registration in advance (opens in a new window) is required.

The application portal will then open on Monday 4 March and deadline for submission will be Wednesday 17 April.
